新型城镇化建设中生态宜居社区建设探究——以漳州碧湖生态园为例

摘　　要：以漳州碧湖生态园建设为案例,通过实地调查、资料查阅与居民访谈,介绍了近年来在新型城镇化建设过程中碧湖生态园这一大型生态宜居社区在农村征地、生态保护、人文发展和商业开发等方面的建设成就和工作经验,同时也发现当前园区建设中存在的一些问题,并针对性地提出建议,希望可以为园区的进一步完善提供有价值的参考。This paper based on the case of Zhangzhou Green Lake Ecological Park,through visiting survey,literature review and residents interview,experience of rural land expropriation,ecology protection,human development and commercial development in the new type urbanization construction was introduced. And then,this paper also found some current constructional problems in Green Lake Ecological Park,and made some suggestion for improving Green Lake Ecological Park construction.
