涉农高职校园实训文化特色营建探析

摘　　要：针对涉农高职院校实训文化特色的营建问题,从建筑特色与实验室分布、楼内装饰与室内布置、绿化与专业结合方面探讨了物质文化提升的途径;从管理理念、规范制度方面思考了制度文化建设问题;从实训室管理风格、教学风格、学习风格、文化传统与精神追求几个方面分析了实验室精神文化塑造思路。Aiming at the construction of training culture in agricultural vocational college,the way for improving material culture was discussed from aspects of architecture features and laboratory layout,building decoration and indoor layout,green and professional combination; the system culture construction was considered from aspects of management idea,standardize system; the laboratory spiritual culture constructing ideas was analyzed from aspects of training rooms management style,teaching style,learning style,culture tradition and spiritual pursuit.
