摘　　要：为了彰显体育竞技的社会功能,促进体育事业的健康发展。采用比较研究、理论分析等方法,立足于刑法层面对体育竞技的活动范围进行合理规制。研究结果表明:体育竞技刑法规制的根据是容许的危险理论;规制的标准主要包括利益与风险的衡量、竞技规则、信赖原则以及过度承担。In order to display the social function of sports competition and promote health development of sports cause,it is necessary to restrict the scope of sports competition in the aspect of criminal law by means of comparative research and theoretical analysis. The results prove that： criminal regulation of behavior of sports competition is on the base of the theory of allowed danger. Standard of regulation mainly includes measure of interest and risk,competitive rules,principle of trust and excessive burden.
