政治学视野下的城市网格化管理模式研究

摘　　要：城市网格化管理模式是我国创新社会治理方式下的新型管理模式。它打破过去传统的空间物理障碍,以网络技术为载体,将管理者、管理对象、管理渠道和方法虚拟化为一个整体,实现管理信息即时更新、管理诉求即时被采纳、管理措施即时到位,不仅提高了基层政府的管理效率,还有效缓解了传统治理模式下的干群关系紧张的局面,有利于消除转型期中国社会的诸多矛盾,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。The mode of urban grid management is the outcome of the new mode of the social governance in our nation.With the network technology as the carrier,it breaks traditional physical barriers in space,virtualizing the subject of management,the object of management,the channel of management and the method of management to a whole.It realizes that the information for management is updated on time,the demands on management is adopted immediately and the measures for management can be taken effectively.It not only improves the efficiency of management of the grass-roots government,but also effectively alleviates the situation of the tense relations between cadres and the masses under the traditional governance model.Therefore,it is conducive to the elimination of the contradictions of Chinese society during the period of transformation and the promotion of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
