南昌市社区高血压病患者生存质量调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析南昌市高血压病患者生存质量现状及其影响因素。方法选取南昌市5个社区卫生服务中心的456例高血压病患者,利用问卷调查法调查患者的一般资料、疾病资料及其生存质量,采用单因素方差分析和多元线性逐步回归分析生存质量的影响因素。结果南昌市高血压病患者整体生存质量低,影响其生存质量的主要因素有现存症状、合并症、体育锻炼、月收入、病程等。结论加强社区高血压病患者的规范化管理,根据影响患者生存质量的因素,有针对性拓展社区护理服务内容,完善服务模式,以提高其生存质量。Objective To analyze the quality of life and its influencing factors in community pa-tients with hypertension in Nanchang.Methods A total of 456 patients with hypertension were selected from 5 community health service centers of Nanchang.The general information,disease data and quality of life of patients were investigated using questionnaires.The factors influencing the quality of life were analyzed by single factor variance analysis and multivariate stepwise re-gression analysis.Results The overall quality of life was poor in hypertensive patients in Nan-chang.The factors influencing the quality of life included existing symptoms,complications, physical exercise,monthly income,disease duration,etc.Conclusion Standardized management should be strengthened in community patients with hypertension.Targeted community care serv-ices should be expanded and service model should be improved to elevate the quality of life of pa-tients according to its influencing factors.
