摘  要:赵庄煤业采用穿层钻孔抽采、排放南苏进风立井井筒揭煤区域煤层瓦斯。钻孔的最小控制范围是:立井揭煤处巷道轮廓线外12 m,同时还应当保证控制范围的外边缘到巷道轮廓线的最小距离不小于5 m。穿层钻孔施工时既要控制方位角、还要控制倾角,保障钻孔均匀覆盖到设计的位置,受井筒淋水影响,立井揭煤工作面下向穿层钻孔施工排渣困难,钻孔施工完成后还存在孔内积水影响瓦斯抽采、排放,工作面淋水大对封孔质量影响也较大,抽采、排放效果不理想,瓦斯治理时间长,影响揭煤进度。利用地面煤层气井施工径向孔压裂措施,将径向井技术与压裂技术高效组合,用于提升煤层的透气性,改善瓦斯抽、排效果,不仅减少了工程量,还加快了瓦斯治理进度,加快了立井井筒揭煤的进度。In Zhaozhuang Coal Industry Company,layer-through boreholes were used to drain the coal seam gas of uncovering coal areas in Nansu air intake shaft. Minimum control range of boreholes is:at the contour line of 12 m, at the same time should also ensure the control range of the minimum distance to the outer edge of the contour line of not less than 5 m. Borehole construction should not only control the azimuth angle, but also control the angle, ensuring drilling uniform coverage to the designed position. Affected by water spring in shaft, it is difficult to discharge drillings when constructing downward borcholes on coal uncovering face in vertical shaft. Water log- ging in boreholes also affects the effects of gas drainage, the influence of working face water spring on the sealing quality is large. The effect of gas drainage is not ideal,need a longe time,and prolonged the uncovering coal process. By using the ground CBM wells,radial hole fracturing measures was applied combined with radial shaft and fracturing technology, whose purpose was to enhance the permeability of the coal seam, and to improve the effect of gas drainage. Application of the new technology not only has reduced the engineering quantity, but also accelerated the progress of gas control, speed up the progress of shaft uncovering coal.
