布线型中央集控电器盒在某轻卡上的设计应用

摘　　要：本文首先介绍了电器盒的发展趋势及在国内轻卡的应用情况,然后描述了布线型中央集控电器盒的技术特点。接着以某轻卡为例,从电器盒的内外部结构、电路要求、汇流排、绕线设计等方面详细阐述了布线型中央集控电器盒在某轻卡上的设计应用研究过程。结果表明布线型中央集控电器盒在轻卡上应用完全具有可行性,并且其性能和可靠性方面优于传统的插入端子式电器盒。This paper introduces the development trend of electrical box and in the application of domestic light truck, and then describe the technical characteristics of the wiring pattern central-control electrical box. Followed by a light truck, for example, described in detail the wiring pattern central-control study design applications electrical box on a light truck from internal and external structure of electrical boxes, circuit requirements, bus, winding design and other aspects. The results showed that the wiring pattern central-control electrical box on the light truck applications that are feasible, and its performance and reliability superior to the traditional electrical box into the terminal.
