摘 要:以环己烷为溶剂,通过溶剂热合成方法,在Cu:CdS体系中引入In3+实现双掺杂,合成了发光颜色可调、稳定性好的Cu,In:CdS双掺杂量子点。通过调节硫醇的用量与反应时间,Cu,In:CdS量子点的光学性质得到了优化。在Cu,In:CdS双掺杂量子点外层包覆ZnS壳层,消除表面缺陷,可以有效提高量子产率,随着ZnSt2包覆量的改变量子点发光波长在500~600nm可调,表明部分Zn进入基质晶核形成了ZnCdS合金。Color-tunable and stable Cu,In:CdS quantum dots(QDs) were synthesized by incorporating In3+ ions into the host cores using the incorporate as the reaction solvent based on the solvothermal method.The optical properties of Cu,In:CdS QDs were optimized by controlling the amount of DDT and reaction time.The surface defects were further moved and the quantum yield was enhanced by overcoating the ZnS shell on the host Cu,In: CdS cores.The emissive positions of Cu,In: ZnCdS/ZnS QDs could be tuned at 500 ~ 600 nm with the changes of the amount of ZnSt2,which indicated that the partial Zn ions were incorporated into the host cores and the alloy ZnCdS cores were formed.
