摘 要:在海因法生产甘氨酸的过程中,需要用粉状活性炭对甘氨酸母液脱色精制甘氨酸,经过分析,活性炭所吸附的物质主要是氰化物,氰化物是一种即有剧毒又容易降解的特殊化合物。本文采用三水平四因素实验,通过碘吸附值计算出再生活性炭的性能恢复率、损耗率、综合恢复率等性能指标,探索了影响该废活性炭再生的主次因素和最佳工艺条件。结果表明,活性炭再生的最佳工艺条件为活性炭用量5g,微波功率640W,辐照时间7min,活化剂ZnCl2的浓度为3mol/L。在该工艺条件下,该废活性炭的综合恢复率为93.52%。Activated carbon was used to decolor the mother liquor of glycine with Hydantoin Method,through analysis,activated carbon absorb colored material which was cyanide.Cyanide was a kind of special chemical compound which was very toxic and easily degradative.3 level and 4 factors were used.The recovery rate,attrition rate the total recovery rate and other indexes of the activated carbon were calculated by the iodine amount.The primary and secondary factors and the best technological conditions of regenetation of powder activated carbon were discussed.The total recovery rate of regenerated activated carbon could reach 93.52% when microwave power was 640 W,irradiation time was 7 min and density of ZnCl2 was 3 mol/L with 5 g of quantity of activated carbon.
