不同等级商品规格的桔梗药材质量研究

摘　　要：对不同等级商品规格的桔梗药材中桔梗总皂苷、桔梗皂苷D含量进行测定研究。比色法测定桔梗总皂苷含量,HPLC测定桔梗皂苷D含量。不同等级规格的桔梗药材之间的总皂苷与桔梗皂苷D含量差异不明显,桔梗药材不同部位中总皂苷与桔梗皂苷D含量差异较大,其中桔梗外周皮的桔梗皂苷D含量最高,须根的总皂苷最高。对不同等级商品规格的桔梗药材进行质量研究,为桔梗药材商品规格的划分提供了实验依据。To study the contents of platycodin D and total saponin content in the Radix Platycodonis commercial size from Bozhou,the contents of platycodin D was determind by HPLC and total saponin content was determined by colorimetric analysis method.The contents of platycodin D and total saponin content had no difference among the three levels but had in the underground position of the root.From them,the perithelium had highest contents of platycodin D,fibrous root had highest total saponin content,but the hadromestome had the lowest contents of the both.The study provided the references for the utilization and processing of Radix Platycodonis commercial size.
