摘  要:为了从制药废液中回收乙腈和甲醇,研究了恒沸精馏在分离乙腈—甲醇—水三组分混合物中的应用。分析了夹带剂类型,夹带剂与混合物物料比(W/W),理论塔板数对甲醇纯度和收率的影响。结果表明:以二氯甲烷为夹带剂,夹带剂与母液物料比为0.5(W/W),30级理论塔板数为较优工艺条件,甲醇纯度为98.5%,收率95%。In order to recover acetonitrile and methanol from waste pharmaceutical liquid, study the azeotropic distillation method for separating acetonitrile-methanol-water system. The effects of different entrainers, ratio (W/W) of entrainer to mixture, different theoretical plate number on the purity and yield of methanol were analyzed. The optimal process variables were obtained as follows: dichlorornethane used to be entrainer, 0.5 : 1 (W/W)of entrainer-mixture ratio, 30 theoretical plate number. Under these conditions, the purity of methanol was 98.5 % and the yield of methanol was 95 %.
