摘  要:锂系聚合物胶液中溶剂环己烷含量占90%以上,环己烷在凝聚装置实现分离和回收。胶液在凝聚首釜完成大部分溶剂的脱除后,被依次送入凝聚中、末釜进行进一步脱除溶剂。末釜顶部气相在蒸汽喷射泵的作用下返回首釜底部,达到降低进后处理的胶粒水温度,进一步回收溶剂,给首釜供热等目的。稳定产量和溶剂回收效果的同时,降低蒸汽喷射泵动力蒸汽消耗可以有效的降低锂系聚合物凝聚装置单位产量蒸汽消耗。Lithium polymer condensing adhesive solution accounted for more than 90 %, solvent cyclohexane content in cyclohexane in condensed device to realize the separation and recovery. Adhesive solution in forming the first kettle do most after removal of the solvent, was in turn into condensed, kettle for further removal at the end of the solvent. At the end of the kettle at the top of the gas phase under the action of steam jet pump, back at the bottom of the kettle, to reduce into the water temperature of the colloid particles of the post-processing, further recovered solvents, give first kettle for heating purposes. Production stable and the effect of solvent recovery at the same time, cut down the consumption of steam jet pump power can effectively reduce the Lithium polymer condensing unit steam consumption per unit of production.
