摘 要:以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)低聚物为主体制备PET膜用紫外光固化涂料,系统地研究了不同反应官能度的活性单体和光引发剂的含量对涂膜的固化翘曲、热翘曲、热收缩、附着力、铅笔硬度和耐刮擦性等性能的影响。通过正交试验方法获得最优涂料配方,涂膜的固化翘曲度0.48 mm,热翘曲度0.88 mm,纵向收缩率0.42%,横向收缩率1.04%,附着力0级,铅笔硬度3 H,耐刮擦性大于20次,透光率91.7%,雾度0.9%,满足平板显示领域用光学级PET薄膜的应用要求。The UV curing coatings based on polyurethane acrylate(PUA) were prepared. The effect of the content of different functional reactive monomers and photoinitiator on film properties was systematically studied in terms of curl, heat shrinkage, adhesion, pencil hardness, scratch resistance, transmittance and haze. The appropriate formula of UV curing coating on PET film was obtained via orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the curl of film was 0.48 mm, heat-curl 0.88 mm, longitudinal heat shrinkage rate 0.42 %, traverse heat shrinkage rate 1.04 %, adhesion 100 %, pencil hardness 3H, scratch resistance over 20 times, transmittance 91.7 %, haze 0.9 %, meeting the requirements of optical PET film applied on flat panel display.
