摘 要:本试验选用沸石、碎石和火山石混合物做湿地填料,构建了4个不同填料厚度的人工湿地单元,栽植芦苇,考察湿地运行期间对厌氧消化后猪场养殖废水中污染物的净化效果。在设计水力停留时间4 d,间歇进出水的情况下,结果表明:运行期间4个湿地单元对COD、NH3-N、TP的去除率分别为34.3%-55.4%、32.7%-47.2%和45.6%-67.1%,各湿地单元对废水中COD、NH3-N、TP的去除率与填料厚度均存在密切关系,填料层越厚,去除率越高。COD和氨氮的去除率受气温变化的影响很大。植物在对COD、NH3-N、TP的总去除率中的贡献分别为9.3%、12.8%和4.2%左右,填料层越薄,贡献率越大。本研究可为构建大规模的垂直流人工湿地处理猪场养殖废水提供设计依据。The study mixed the zeolite, gravel stone and volcano to be the fillers, and with Bulrush construction of four kinds of vertical flow constructed wetland processing units with different filler thickness, then seeing about the removal efficiency of pollutants of anaerobic digestion livestock wastewater were comprehensively studied during the running stage of vertical flow constructed wetland. In the design of the hydraulic retention time of 4D, water inlet and intermittent case, results indicated that the removal efficiencies rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD), ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N) and total phosphorus(TP) of wastewater were 34.3%-55.4 %, 32.7 %-47.2 % and 45.6 %-67.1 % during the running stage of four vertical flow constructed wetland. All the wetland units' removal rate of COD, NH3-N, TP have a close relationship with filler thickness in the wastewater, the thicker the filler layer, the higher the removal. The contributions of plants to removal efficiencies of COD, NH3-N, TP in total were around 9.3 %, 12.8 % and 4.2 %, the filler layer thinner, the greater the contribution rate. The study could provide a reference for constructing large-scale vertical flow constructed wetland in livestock wastewater treatment.
