摘 要:文章针对炼厂柴油加氢装置产生18000 mg/L左右的高氨氮废水约6.5 t/h,远超过装置的设计1500 mg/L处理能力,对净化水质有较大的冲击作用。在实际生产运行中,酸性水汽提塔的处理能力为氨氮≯5000 mg/L。经过对高氨氮废水进行工艺技改单独稀释处理后,废水汽提净化后达到60 mg/L的工艺指标,达到了废水净化后的循环利用和节能减排的目的,保证作业及生活环境的安全。In the paper, water treatment measures refinery diesel hydrogenation unit designed to handle far more than the upper limit means 1500 mg/L of high ammonia wastewater was studied. To purify water have a greater impact effect of high ammonia wastewater at a rate of 6.5 t/h, the concentration of 18000 mg/L. In actual production, the sour water stripper processing capacity of ammonia ≯5000 mg/L.
