摘　　要：根据水中六价铬测定的原理,考虑了整个分析过程的不确定度来源,建立其结果的数学模型,并计算其测定全过程的不确定度分量、合成标准不确定度、扩展不确定度。提出的方法适用于水中六价铬测定的不确定度评定。According to the method for analysis of chromium（VI） of water and study on uncertainty in measurement coming from analysis procedure, a mathematical model of the result was founded. The independent uncertainty, standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were obtained. The method established in this paper can be used to evaluate uncertainty in measurement of chromium（VI） of water.
