基于S7-1200 PLC的弱磁性铁矿石磁选机控制系统设计

摘　　要：针对弱磁性铁矿石的磁选法,设计一种基于S7-1200 PLC的双频双立环高梯度磁选机控制系统。以PLC作为控制器,3台变频器分别驱动尾矿、中矿、转环电机,触摸屏作本地监控,大功率高频开关电源作激磁电源。PLC通过Modbus通信对变频器和激磁电源进行控制,PLC与触摸屏间通过PROFINET以太网通信对系统进行监控。系统具有本地/远程控制模式、自动/手动操作模式选择,激磁电流、变频器频率设置,系统运行中的冷却水温度、激磁电流、激磁电压、变频器频率显示,电机过热、激磁电源过流、冷却水温度过高、通讯故障等报警并停机保护,尾矿、中矿、转环、风机电机和激磁电源手动启停控制等功能。For the magnetic separation of weak magnetic iron ore, a control system of double frequency double vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator based on S7-1200 PLC is desiged。Using PLC as the controller,3 inverters drive tailings,middlings, swivel motor,touch screen as the local monitoring, large power high frequency switching power supply as the excitation power supply。PLC controls inverter and excitation power supply through Modbus communication,PLC and touch screen monitors the system through PROFINET Ethernet communication。The system has functions as control local / remote control mode, automatic / manual operation mode,exciting current and inverter frequency setting,cooling water temperature, excitation current, excitation voltage, inverter frequency display,motor overheating,excitation power over flow, too high cooling water temperature,communication fault alarm and shutdown protection,tailings, middlings,swivel,fan motor and the excitation power supply manually start and stop.
