摘　　要：文中旨在从供应和供应商的角度出发,以基于Supply-hub的协同决策为研究对象,重点研究其生产和配送的协同决策模式,从理论上和实证上分析和比较两种典型的决策模式(即供应商和Supply-hub运营商分散决策模式、Supply-hub运营商整体决策模式),从成本和效率两个方面研究两种决策模式的优劣。This papers focuses on the production and distribution mode of collaborative decision-making from supply and supplier,and analyses and compares the cost and efficiency of two kinds of typical decision models（i.e.suppliers and Supply-hub operator independent decision model and Supply-hub operator overall decision model） in theory and empirical.
