摘 要:文中通过对集装箱堆场策划问题的调研,在分析总结了集装箱堆场场地策划的各项业务原则的基础上建立了能够满足各项业务原则的多目标整数规划模型,进而在Matlab平台上通过遗传算法进行求解。经过大量的算例分析与人工规则进行对比,证明了模型及算法的有效性和实用性。最终达到充分利用集装箱码头堆场资源,缩小船舶在港停留时间,达到港船双方双赢的目的。通过最小化集装箱码头堆场中各箱区各贝位的作业量,及最小化集卡从堆场至码头的运输距离为目标,对码头堆场的空间资源进行合理的配置,以优化设备利用率及码头的服务质量。A multi-objective integer programming model for container yard space planning is built based on various allocation principles,which can meet these principles,through the research on container yard site planning issues.The model is solved by genetic algorithm through Matlab.A great deal of numerical experiments and practical tests prove the effectiveness and practicality of the model which can meet all principles of the operation.Finally this article realized to make full use of the container terminal yard resources,and to narrow the time of ship staying at the port.By minimizing the operation volume of each bay and the distance between yard and berth,the space resource of the yard has been allocated reasonably,and the utilization of space resource and service quality has been optimized.
