摘　　要：永昌古道是蜀身毒道面向南亚东南亚的前沿门户,是中国面向西南开放的重要桥头堡,是国际经济贸易的物流通道,是捍卫边疆保卫河山的军事阵地。永昌古道是融入一带一路国家战略的优势资本,是构建中印缅孟经济走廊的优质资源,是展现保山文化品牌特色的优佳载体。只有认清永昌古道的战略价值,提升永昌古道的战略地位,以永昌古道这个最佳切入点建设永昌古道文化旅游经济带,以哀牢永昌文化品牌整合所有特色文化资源,发展保山文化旅游产业,保山才能够走上保山文化旅游建设的理论自信、文化自觉与道路自强之路!The Youngchang Ancient Path is the front door of the Shu-Hindu Road,the significant bridge tower for China＇s opening to the southwest Asia,the logistic channel for international economic and trade,and the military front of guarding our nation. It is also a superior capital of the national strategy of One Belt and One Road,a superior resource for establishing the economic corridor of China-India-Bangladesh（ CIMB）,an excellent carrier for revealing the characteristic of Baoshan Culture. Only recognizing its strategic value,promoting its strategic position,constructing the tourist and economic belt for displaying its unique culture,integrating all distinctive cultural resources based on Ailao and Yongchang Culture,can we develop Baoshan a tourist and cultural district with theoretic confidence,cultural consciousness and self-improvement.
