摘 要:针对现有T梁架桥机存在的问题,开展了SGTJ170型公铁两用架桥机的研制工作。提出了一跨式架桥机主、辅支腿转换过孔技术,前支腿自稳定、无锚固支承技术和大车轮轨、轮胎走行转换技术。架桥机总体技术方案先进,对作业环境适应性强。介绍了架桥机的组成、作业程序和关键技术,对同类架桥机的研发具有重要的参考价值。Aiming at solving the existing defects of the T-girder erectors, the development of SGTJ170-type Highway-Railway Bridge Erector is started. For the development of the new erector, several new creative techniques,such as launching-over-the- span technique by means of exchanging the main leg with the auxiliary leg, the self-stabilization of the front leg, non-anchor supporting technique, the rail-and-tire converted running technique, are put forward in the paper. The overall technical scheme of the new erector is advanced, and widely adaptable to different working environments. Introduced in detail in the paper are the componentsof the bridge erector, the operational procedures for erecting girders and some of the key techniques concerned.The paper may serve as an important reference for the study and development of other bridge erectors of sim-ilar types at home.
