摘　　要："新医改"一直是与社会民生密切相关的热点问题,作为医疗卫生机构的主体,公立医院改革是新医改的重中之重,笔者就管理体制、运营机制和监管机制,补偿机制,多元化办医三方面对公立医院的现行状况进行阐述,并探析公立医院改革与发展的合理有效途径。New medical reform which is the main body of medical and health institutions has been the social hot issues and re-form of public hospital has been the concerned.It was discussed from the three aspects and probe into reasonable effective way of the reform and development of public hospital.The first part is the reform of management from the public hospital system, operation mech-anism and supervision mechanism.The second part is compensation mechanism reform of public hospitals.The third part is the cur-rent status of public hospital under the three aspects of multi medical pattern .
