摘　　要：目的探索构建国家级紧急医学救援队医疗药品保障标准化模块,为我院国家级紧急医学救援队今后参与国内、外突发公共事件救援的药品应急保障提供依据。方法结合国家级紧急医学救援队的工作实践,对以往不同事件药品供应保障情况进行回顾调查分析,初步构建了药品保障标准化模块。结果在我国卫生应急队伍装备参考目录的基础上,构建了包含抗感染类药、麻醉、止血、解热镇痛药等药物在内涵盖基础单元和备用单元2个部分的药品保障标准化模块,可保障1000人约两周的医疗救治需求。结论药品保障标准化模块构建有利于我国参与国际重大突发公共事件的救援。Objective The purpose of this study is to explore how to construct a standard model for guaranteeing drugs supply of national emergency medical rescue team （NEMRC）, thereby providing basis of guaranteeing drugs emergency supply for NEMRC while the team needs to take part in the urgent rescue of public emergency at home and abroad.Methods Retrospective analysis was done to analyze the guarantee of drugs supply in working practice of NEMRC, and a standard model for guaranteeing drugs supply is preliminary constructed.Results After referring the reference directory of equipment for medical rescue team in PRC, the standard model for guaranteeing drugs supply was constructed to fulfill the medical need of 1 000 people in two weeks.Conclusion The model is composed of a basic unit and a spare unit, including anti -infective agents, narcotics, hemostatic drugs, antipyretic -analgesic etc.It will provide potent basis for that NEMRC participates in the urgent rescue of international major public emergency .
