摘　　要：在汽车市场售后服务过程中,经常接到服务商反映发动机异响、无法起动等故障,经拆解检查发现曲轴轴瓦早期磨损、曲轴轴颈拉伤,有的连杆瓦铝基合金完全脱落、烧结,严重时连杆瓦抱死曲轴,连杆大头发蓝等故障。通过对汽油机烧瓦抱轴的问题进行分析,了解掌握汽油机烧瓦故障的原因,并提出预防烧瓦故障的应对措施。In the automobile market after sale service process, often receive services reflect the abnormal sound of engine cannot start,fault,the disassembly inspection found crankshaft bearing early wear and tear, crankshaft neck strain, some connecting rod bearing aluminum alloys fall off completely, sintering, serious when the crankshaft connecting rod locking connecting rod big hair, blue etc.. Based on the analysis of gasoline engine tile kilning problems, understand the causes of tile fault burning gasoline engine, and put forward the preventive measures of burning tile fault.
