摘 要:主要实现了基于现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)的电动汽车电机驱动系统。系统的构成包括三相交流异步电机,并使用绝缘栅双极性晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT)模块作为功率单元,同时利用矢量控制作为控制算法,在FPGA上实现了逻辑控制功能。引入坐标旋转数字计算(Coordinate Rotation Digital Computer,CORDIC)算法对逻辑单元中涉及到的三角函数运算做了优化,提高了系统的准确性、可靠性。利用Matlab/Simulink的建模仿真功能,设计了各个功能模块并进行仿真测试,仿真实验结果证明该模型设计的合理性有效性。In the paper,a motor driver system for electric vehicles based Field-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)was presented. The system consists of a three-phase asynchronous AC motor equipped with an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT) module as the main power unit. The logic control functions of the system were implemented on FPGA utilizing the vector control method. Meanwhile, Coordinate Rotation Digital Computer(CORDIC) algorithm was also introduced to optimize the calculation of trigonometric functions involved in logic units. As a result,the accuracy and reliability of the system were greatly improved. The individual functional blocks and the entire system were modeled and simulated using Matlab/Simulink,and the design was verified by the simulation results.
