摘　　要：简要介绍发动机冷试油压测试原理、机械结构、数据传输过程。对于冷试测试过程中出现的油压测试不合格问题,以具体实例描述了如何通过油压表现趋势判断油压超差的原因,并讲述了油路、环境对测量的影响。The article introduce the oil pressure testing principle,mechanical structure and the data transmission in cold tester. Combined with the actual production,introduce how use performance of oil pressure trend to analysis the test unqualified,in addition introduce how the oil circle and environment influence the oil pressure testing.
