摘　　要：目的探讨对非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者应用来那度胺后产生重度药物疹的药学服务,促进合理用药。方法临床药师协助医师为患者制定个体化治疗方案,从药物的选择、给药剂量以及不良反应预计等方面,提出药学观点并提供合理的药学服务。结果经治疗后患者逐步恢复正常,临床药师与医师共同制定药物治疗方案,对患者进行药学监护,提高了患者治疗效果,减少了药物的不良反应。结论临床药师利用自己的专业知识参与到重症药物疹患者的临床治疗过程,使患者得到最大的收益。Objective To explore the method of the clinical pharmacist care for a patient with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma and severe drug eruption after application of lenalidomide for promoting rational drug use. Methods Clinical pharmacists assisted physicians in making individual treatment plan,in respects of drug selection,drug dosage and adverse drug reaction monitoring. Results After treatment,the patient had recovered gradually. Clinical pharmacist participated in clinical treatment and provided pharmaceutical care for patients to enhance therapeutic efficacy and patient-based compliance and avoided adverse drug reactions. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can participate in the clinical course of treatment,so that patients w ith severe drug eruption can get the maximum benefit.
