摘　　要：目的了解6S管理在提高医院门诊药房管理质量中的效果。方法对门诊药房推行6S管理前后的情况进行比较、总结与分析。结果实施6S管理后,门诊药房调剂差错率、失效药品、取药等候时间均有下降,患者服务满意度有所提高。结论 6S管理是一项综合性的管理活动,可以促使门诊药房精细化管理,提高门诊药房管理质量,适于在门诊药房管理中推行。Objective To investigate the effect of 6S management on improving the quality of hospital outpatient pharmacy. Methods The situation in outpatient pharmacy before and after the implementation of 6S management w as compared,summarized and analyzed. Results After the implementation of 6S management,the rate of dispensing error,failure drugs,dispensary w aiting time decreased,and the satisfactory degree of patients increased. Conclusion 6S management is a comprehensive management activities,w hich can promote meticulous management and the quality of outpatient pharmacy management. 6S management is suitable for implementation in the outpatient pharmacy management.
