摘　　要：目的:观察壮医经筋疗法采用三经筋分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将105例患者采用壮医三经筋分型分别分为:足太阳经筋型、足少阳经筋型、足阳明经筋型,然后采用壮医经筋疗法(经筋推拿+经筋针刺+拨火罐形成的三联疗法),并观察各经筋分型的临床疗效。结果:足太阳经筋组总有效率为92.7%,足少阳经筋组为88.9%,足阳明经筋组为64.3%。结论:壮医经筋疗法采用三经筋分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效好。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Three Tendons Zhuang Medicine on lumbar disc herniation. Meth- ods： The 105 cases were treated with Zhuang Medicine three tendons typing, Urinary Bladder Muscle Channel （足太阳经筋型）, Gall Bladder Muscle Channel （足少阳经筋型） and Stomach Muscle Channel （足阳明经筋型）; Then the patients were treated with Zhuang Medicine therapy （Tendons massage＋Tendons acupuncture＋Dial cupping）; The clinical efficacy of various tendons typing were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 92.7% in Urinary Bladder Muscle Channel group, 87.6% in Gall Bladder Muscle Channel, and 64.3% in Stomach Muscle Channel. Conclusion： The Zhuang Medicine tendons therapy can provide good clinical efficacy for lumbar disc herniation with three tendons typing treatment.
