摘  要:目的:探讨多叶越南槐总生物碱的药理作用。方法:采用小鼠利血平胃溃疡模型,抗凝血实验,小鼠全脑缺血缺氧试验,大鼠体内静脉血栓形成模型,小鼠高脂血症模型,并对多叶越南槐总生物碱进行急性毒性试验。结果:多叶越南槐总生物碱高剂量与山豆根总生物碱高剂量均能减轻小鼠胃溃疡指数,延长小鼠凝血时间,延长小鼠脑缺血呼吸时间,降低大鼠静脉血栓重量,降低高脂血症小鼠血脂水平,两者作用相当;多叶越南槐总生物碱中剂量能减轻小鼠胃溃疡指数,延长小鼠脑缺血呼吸时间,降低大鼠静脉血栓重量;急性毒性结果表明,多叶越南槐总生物碱的半数致死量(LD50)为55.30g·kg-1,95%可信限为48.15.64.37g·kg-1。结论:多叶越南槐总生物碱具有一定的抗胃溃疡,抗凝血,抗脑缺血,抗血栓和降血脂作用,其毒性较低。Objective: To observe the pharmcological actions on total alkaloids of Sophora tonkinensis var. Methods: By using the method of reserpine induced gastric ulcer, anti-coagulation, hypoxic-ischemic brain damage in mice, experimental venous thrombus in rats, the model with hyperlipidemia in mice; acute toxicity was tested in hypoxic-ischemic mice. Results: The total alkaloids of Sophora tonkinensis var and Radix Sophorae tonkinensis at the high dose could decrease the index of gastric ulcer, extend coagulation time in mice and breathe time in rats, lower the weight of venous thrombus and decrease the blood lipid level in fatty liver mice; their pharmcological action were similar;the total alkaloids of Sophora tonkinensis var at a the middle dose could decrease the index of gastric ulcer, extend breathe time in rats and lower the weight of venous thrombus; The acute toxicity test showed that the LD50 was 55.30g·kg-1, its 95% confidence limit was 48.15-64.37 g·kg-1.Conclusion: The total alkaloids of Sophora tonkinensis var showed pharmcological actions of anti-gastriculcer, anti-coagulation, an- ti-cerebral, anti-thrombus, lowering bloot-fat, with little toxicity.
