摘  要:目的:观察参芪降糖颗粒对糠尿病患者脑功能减退的影响及临床疗效。方法:将98例糖尿病合并脑功能减退患者随机分为治疗组(n=49)和对照组(n=49),对照组给予常规糖尿病+营养神经治疗;治疗组给在对照组的基础上接受参芪降糖颗粒治疗,治疗2个疗程(1个月,1疗程1,观察两组患者治疗前后血艟、血脂、脑诱发电位及近记忆力功能的变化。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后临床症状改善优于对照组旧〈0.05);空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)的改善均优于对照组湫0.05);治疗组治疗后的近记忆力测定中的图像自由回忆、指向学习、记忆商评分均高于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗组治疗后的脑干听觉诱发电位Ⅲ~Ⅴ波峰间期,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期均短于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗组总有效率(91.8%)高于对照组(75.5%)(P〈0.05)。结论:参芪降糖颗粒对糖尿疝合并脑功能减退患者临床疗效显著,不仅能改善患者血脂血糖异常状态,还能改善患者神经传导功能及认知功能。Objective: To observe the effects of ginseng and astragalus hypoglycemic granule on brain function decline of patients with diabetes. Method: The 98 diabetic patients with brain function decline were randomly divided into treatment group (n=49 cases) and control group (n= 49 cases). The control group was treated with conventional treatment and nutrition nerve, the treatment group received ginseng and astragalus hypoglycemic granule on the basis of the control group, two cours- es of treatment (1 months is 1 treatment), then observe the blood sugar, blood fat, changes of brain evoked potential and re- cent memory function of the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Compared with the control group, the clinical symptoms of the treatment group improved better than that of the control group after treatment (P〈0.05). The level of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG), triglycerides (TG), cholesterol (TC) all improved better than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The scores of recent memory image free recall, pointing to the learning and memory quotient of the treatment group were higher than the control group after the treatment (P〈0.05). The brainstem auditory evoked potential Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ wave interphase, Ⅰ Ⅲ, Ⅴwave incubation period was shorter than the control group (P〈0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group (91.8%) was higher than the control group (75.5%) (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Ginseng and astragalus hypo- glycemic granule has good clinical efficacy on diabetic patients with brain function decline, and it could not only improve the blood sugar abnormal state of blood fat, but also could improve the nerve conduction function and cognitive function of pa- tients.
