耳穴刺络放血合补肾安神胶囊治疗顽固性失眠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较耳穴刺络放血配合补肾安神胶囊与单纯口服补肾安神胶囊治疗顽固性失眠的疗效差异。方法:将90例顽固性失眠患者随机分成3组,耳穴刺络放血配合补肾安神胶囊组(治疗组)30例,口服补肾安神胶囊组(对照1组)30例,口服艾司唑仑组(对照2组)30例。治疗组采用耳穴(耳尖、神门)刺络放血,并配合口服补肾安神胶囊;对照1组采用口服补肾安神胶囊;对照2组采用口服艾司唑仑片。观察3组患者的疗效及焦虑抑郁变化情况,并进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照1组总有效率为80.0%,对照2组总有效率为83.3%,治疗组优于对照1组(P<0.05);治疗组患者焦虑抑郁状态改善率为90.0%,对照1组患者焦虑抑郁状态改善率为70.0%,对照2组焦虑抑郁状态改善率为26.7%。治疗组明显优于对照1组和对照2组(P<0.01)。结论:耳穴刺络放血配合补肾安神胶囊治疗顽固性失眠不仅疗效显著,且能改善其焦虑抑郁状态。Objective： To compare the efficacy of auricular bloodletting combined with Bushen Anshen capsule and Bushen Anshen capsule in the treatment of intractable insomnia. Method： The 90 patients with intractable insomnia were randomly divid- ed into three groups： auricular bloodletting combined Bushen Anshen capsule group （treatment group）, Bushen Anshen capsule group （control group 1）, and estazolam group （control group 2）, each 30 cases. The clinical efficacy and the changes of the anx- iety-depression of the three groups were observed after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, the control group 1 was 80.0%, and the control group was 83.3%. The effects of the treatment group was better than the control group 1 （P〈0.05）. The improvement rate of anxiety-depression in treatment group was 90.0%, in control group was 70.0%, and in control group 2 was 26.7%, the improvement rate of treatment group was significantly better than control groupl and control group2 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Auricular bloodletting combined with Bushen Anshen capsule not only has good effects on intractable insomnia, but also can improve the anxiety-depression state.
