黄油纱配合黄水纱外敷治疗急性皮肤软组织挫擦伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄油纱配合黄水纱外敷治疗皮肤软组织挫擦伤的疗效。方法:将160例急性皮肤软组织挫擦伤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各80例,对照组在对创面进行常规的清洗和消毒后涂以壳聚糖抗菌成膜剂;治疗组在常规清洗及消毒后,先在创口外敷黄油纱,然后再外敷黄水纱,比较两组患者用药前后疼痛评分(VAS评分)、创面感染发生率、伤口愈合时间和新发临床症状情况。结果:治疗组患者在用药30 min后VAS评分明显降低,伤口感染发生率、局部瘙痒发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),伤口愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄油纱配合黄水纱治疗皮肤软组织挫擦伤有较好疗效。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of yellow oil gauze combined with yellow water gauze external applica- tion in treating acute skin soft tissue contusion. Method： The 160 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （80 cases） which received yellow water gauze combined with yellow oil gauze and control group （80 cases） which was treated with chitosan. Then the VAS scores, wound infection rate, wound healing time, and new clinical symptoms were observed. Results： The VAS score of treatmetn group significantly decreased after 30 minutes, the wound infection rate and itching rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, the wound healing time was shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yellow water gauze combined with yellow oil gauze has good effects on acute skin soft tissue contusion.
