摘　　要：从临床医生角度,以中风病为例,阐述中医单病种电子病历模板临床应用状况。对结构化数据、智能化数据管理及数据的提取应用等方面提出临床需求,指出中医单病种电子病历模版构建需要注意的问题和解决的难点,为进一步的技术更新及系统完善提供思路。From the angle of clinicians, take stroke as an example, to elaborate the clinical application of TCM single disease electronic medical record system. The author raised clinical requirements of structured data, intelligent data management and data extraction, pointed out the problems and difficulties in TCM single disease electronic medical record system design, and provide ideas for further improvement and system technology update.
