摘　　要：激肽释放酶相关肽酶6(kallikrein-related peptidase 6,KLK6)由人组织激肽释放酶基因6编码而成,是一种含有223个氨基酸残基的胰蛋白酶样丝氨酸蛋白酶。研究发现,KLK6在卵巢癌、胃癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、结肠癌等恶性肿瘤的体液和组织中异常表达,可能具有一定的诊断和预后价值。Kallikrein related peptidase 6 （kallikrein-related peptisase 6,KLK6）,which encoded by the human tissue kallikrein gene 6,is a trypsin like serine protease with 223 amino acid residues. More and more studies have found that there were abnormal expressions of KLK6 in body fluids and tissues of ovarian cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer and other malignant tumors, all the results suggest KLK6 has potential value in diagnosis and judge of prognosis.
