天麻素与氨氯地平的协同抗高血压作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察天麻素和氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者的协同抗高血压作用。方法 109例原发性高血压患者随机分为两组,其中氨氯地平组58例,天麻素组51例,分别用天麻素和氨氯地平单独或联合用药控制血压。动态血压监测系统用于监测血压昼夜节律,概率和法用于分析药物的协同作用。结果天麻素单独用药没有降压作用,但是每天一次600 mg天麻素静脉给药和5 mg氨氯地平口服给药有协同抗高血压作用,并且能改善高血压患者的失眠症状。结论天麻素和氨氯地平联合用药有协同抗高血压作用。Objective To investigate the synergistic effects of gastrodin and amlodipine on antihypertension in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Essential hypertensive patients were divided into amlodipine group （control group,58 cases） and gastrodin group （trial group,51 cases） randomly,and all the patients were administrated with gastrodin or/and amlodipine respectively to control blood pressure. Ambulatory blood pressure system was employed to monitor blood pressure and determine its circadian rhythm. Probability sum test was used to determine synergistic effect of both drugs. Results Although gastrodin did not decrease blood pressure,but in the dosage of 600mg gastrodin iv combined with 5mg amlodipine po,there was a synergistic interaction between gastrodin and amlodipine on antihypertension. And the insomnia symptom in hypertensive patients were improved by this combination. Conclusion The combination of gastrodin and amlodipine in essential hypertension patients has synergistic antihypertension.
