摘　　要：介绍了在CATIA中模拟汽车内饰护板旋转装配的过程,包括旋转轴的选择、参数设定,将旋转后的护板与边界件装配起来,进行干涉检查,并对干涉部分进行结构优化,可有效避免后期的设计变更,大大节省设计开发周期和成本。Simulation about revolving assembly process of automobile interior panel in CATIA was introduced,including revolving axis selection and parameter set. The revolved panel and boundary were assembled,interference check between them was done,and structure of interference part was optimized. So design modification in later stage is effectively avoided,thus design development cycle and cost are reduced considerably.
