永康市资源产出率的核算体系研究

摘　　要：资源产出率核算是表征循环经济发展水平的核心指标,立足永康,完善其理论体系,树立县域层面资源产出率核算的典范,可以为合理确定经济发展目标和资源消费控制水平提供定量依据。以区域资源产出率核算理论为基础,利用永康市循环经济直报数据,对全市资源产出率核算方法进行了研究,结果表明:2014年永康市资源产出率为5073元/t,主要物质资源来源于市外调入,是显著的依赖外界资源的发展模式。The accounting of resource output rate is the core index for the characterization of the level of circular economy development. Regarding the situation of Yongkang, to improve the theoretical system of the accounting, and to establish a model of the accounting of the resource output rate at the county level can provide quantitative basis for the reasonable determination of the objectives of economic growth and the level of resource consumption control. Based on the theory of regional resource output rate accounting, the author uses the direct date of Yongkang^s circular economy and studies the methods for the whole city＇s resource output rate accounting. The results indicate that Yongkangs resource output rate was Y5073 per ton in 2014, and the main material resources were from the outside, which shows a notable external resources--dependent economic devel opment model.
