废水资源化利用在德兴铜矿的实践

摘　　要：分析德兴铜矿废水来源和性质,介绍德兴铜矿酸碱废水综合治理及回水利用技术、酸性水堆浸提铜技术和化学硫化技术的工程应用。每年可回用选矿废水约10000万t,截至2014年底,累计从废石中回收铜19174t,从低浓度含铜酸性废水中回收硫化铜含铜5891t。可为同类型矿山的废水资源化利用提供借鉴。The origin and characteristics of wastewater in Dexing Copper Mine are analyzed,and the engineering application of the wastewater treatment technologies on the comprehensive acid and alkali wastewater treatment and utilization,the extraction of copper from heap leaching in acidic water,and the chemical sulfide precipitate process are described. About 100 million tons of ore dressing wastewater are recycled annually. 19 174 and 5 891 tons of copper as cathode and sulfide concentrate will be cumulatively recovered from wastestone and low concentration acid wastewater by the end of 2014,respectively. It may be made reference in wastewater recycling for the same kind mines.
