代谢综合征患者循环可溶性凝素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体1与血管功能障碍的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨代谢综合征(MS)患者血浆中可溶性凝素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体1(s LOX-1)与血管功能障碍的关系。方法根据诊断及排除标准按随机数法从256例随访居民中抽取56例作为研究对象,其中MS患者27例(MS组),非MS患者29例(NMS组),动脉硬化测量仪测量颈股脉搏波传导速度(CFPWV),ELISA试剂盒检测血浆中s LOX-1的含量。结果 MS组s LOX-1含量高于NMS组(P<0.05);s LOX-1与CFPWV及体质指数(BMI)呈正相关(CFPWV:r=0.272,P<0.05;BMI:r=0.545,P<0.01),与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关(r=-0.35,P<0.01);线性逐步回归分析显示年龄、血糖及s LOX-1对CFPWV有明显影响。结论 s LOX-1与MS患者血管功能损伤程度密切相关。Objective To study correlation between circulating soluble lectin- like oxidized low- density lipoprotein respector- 1（ s LOX- 1） and the vascular dysfunction in patients with metabolic syndrome（ MS）. Methods Fifty- six subjects were randomly selected from community residents according to diagnostic and exclusion criteria,among whom 27 patients with MS（ MS group） and 29 as controls（ control group）. The carotid pulse wave conduction velocity（ CFPWV） was measured with arterial stiffness measuring instrument,while s LOX- 1 was assessed with ELISA kits. Results The s LOX- 1 in MS group was significantly higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The s LOX- 1 was also significantly positively correlated with CFPWV and body mass index（ BMI）（ CFPWV： r = 0. 272,P〈0. 05; BMI： r = 0. 545,P〈0. 01）,and negatively correlated with high- density lipoprotein（ r = 0. 35,P〈0. 01）. According to linear stepwise regression analysis,age,blood sugar and s LOX- 1 had a significant effect on CFPWV. Conclusion SLOX- 1 is closely related to vascular function in patients with MS.
