摘  要:采用无溶剂法合成了苯并噁嗪(BZ),然后将其在硅油介质中定向固化,制备出球形PBZ(聚苯并噁嗪)树脂。探讨了不同因素对球形PBZ树脂吸附极性物质苯胺和非极性物质亚甲基兰的影响。研究结果表明:球形树脂分子内和分子间有强氢键,球形颗粒表面的苯环(亲油基团)朝外,对苯胺(极性)没有吸附;然而,球形树脂对亚甲基兰(非极性)有吸附作用,并且符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程,属于单分子层吸附,但不属于最优吸附。The benzoxazine (BZ) was synthesized by solvent-free, then the spherical PBZ (polybenzoxazine) resin was prepared by directional curing in silicone oil medium. The influences of different factors on spherical PBZ resin adsorbing some substances(such as polar-aniline and nonpolar-methylene blue) were discussed. The research results showed that the spherical resin had the strong intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and the polar-aniline wasn't absorbed by spherical resin because the benzene ring (lipophilic group) on spherical particles surface was outward. Then, the spherical resin had the adsorption on nonpolar-methylene blue, and the adsorption, which was a monolayer adsorption but wasn' t a optimal adsorption, could meet Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation.
