摘  要:综述了食品包装用水性聚氨酯(WPU)油墨连接料的耐蒸煮性(热稳定性、耐水性和附着性能)、干燥速率和复溶性等关键性能的特点及改善方法,提出了采用对称结构的二异氰酸酯、小分子扩链剂及结构规整的耐水解性较好的聚酯多元醇为主要原料,制备的高固含量WPU可获得较好的耐蒸煮性和干燥速率;在此基础上,制备亲水性低聚物包围疏水性聚合物的复合乳液(或掺杂过度金属螯合物),可平衡WPU油墨的复溶性和耐水性,从而满足WPU油墨的印刷适性。最后对WPU油墨今后的发展方向进行了展望。The characteristics and improving methods of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) ink binder for food packaging were summarized in boiling resistance (such as thermal stability, water resistance and adhesion), drying speed, redissolving and other key properties. It was presented that the diisocyanate with symmetric structure, small molecule chain extender, and polyester polyol with neat structure and better hydrolysis resistance were used as main raw materials, so the WPU with high solid content could obtain the better boiling resistance and drying speed. On this basis, the ink printability was satisfied because the preparing composite emulsion with hydrophilie oligomer surrounded on the hydrophobic polymer (or adding excessive metal chelate) , could balance the redissolving and water resistance of WPU ink. Finally, the development direction of WPU ink was expected in the future.
