摘 要:研究了以壳聚糖为原料用氯乙酸法制备羧甲基壳聚糖。探讨了氯乙酸与壳聚糖的摩尔比、氢氧化钠与壳聚糖的摩尔比、乙醇体积分数、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件对合成羧甲基壳聚糖的产量进行了探究。结果表明:反应温度对产品的产量影响最大,氢氧化钠/氯乙酸摩尔比影响次之,反应时间影响最小。结论:当n(NAOH)/n(CIa)=2.4∶1,反应时间为4 h,反应温度为70℃时,羧甲基壳聚糖的产量达到最高。研究了羧甲基壳聚糖的理化性质及产物的红外表征。Carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCTS) was prepared by chitosan(Glu) to reaction with monochloroacetic acid(under various conditions. The different process conditions such as, the molar ratio of monochloroacetic acid(CIa) and chitosan, the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and chitosan, ethanol concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of carboxymethyl chitosan were investigated. The results showed that the reaction temperature has great influence, n(NAOH)/n(CIa) has second influence, reaction time has minimal influence; when n(NAOH) / n(CIa) is 2.4∶1, the reaction time was 4 h, the reaction temperature is 70 ℃, carboxymethyl chitosan production reached a maximum. This experiment also explore the physical and chemical properties and the infrared characterization of characteristic functional group of carboxymethyl chitosan
