摘　　要：采用Aspen Plus软件对6-APA生产废液中的溶剂回收进行了模拟。讨论了理论塔板数、回流比、进料板位置等参数对回收结果及塔操作参数的影响,获得了优化的模拟条件并计算得到了塔径、热负荷等参数,为6-APA生产工艺的设计提供了参考依据。Solvents recovery in waste water of the production of 6-APA was simulated by Aspen Plus. The effect of the theoretical stages, reflux ratio, feed tray location and et al. on the operating parameter was studied. And the optimized simulated conditions were obtained. The parameters such as tower diameter and heating load were calculated, which could be referred for the design of the production process of 6-APA.
