加成氧化法氧化铁黑合成技术研究

摘　　要：文章研究了以氧化铁黄母液和工业纯碱为主要原料,采用曝气加成氧化法生产氧化铁黑的生产技术。对氧化铁黄母液加碱曝气,后进行固液分离,得到曝气产物铁泥,以一定的配比加入钛白废副硫酸亚铁和纯碱,控制合适工艺条件,通过对色光进展和产品强度的控制生产氧化铁黑758产品。其经XRD、电镜扫描及氧化铁黑颜料产品硬指标检测分析,表明该铁黑颜料各项指标均达到国家标准《氧化铁颜料》(GB/T1863-2008)要求。The paper studies the based on iron oxide yellow mother liquor and Industrial soda ash as the main raw material, adopting the aeration and oxidation method to produce iron oxide black production technology. Of iron oxide yellow mother liquor with alkali aeration solid-liquid separation after, aeration product iron mud, to a certain proportion adding titanium white waste vice ferrous sulfate and soda ash, control suitable technological conditions, through the color development and product strength control in the production of iron oxide black 758 products. The by XRD, scanning electron microscopy（SEM） and black iron oxide pigment products rigid target detection analysis showed that the black iron oxide pigment indicators all meet the national standard of iron oxide pigment（GB/T 1863-2008） requirements.
