摘　　要：介绍了安钢通过优化供煤渠道,建立有效生产运行机制,将露天储煤场取消,进厂炼焦煤全部入15个储配合一储煤罐,成功实现低库存下生产稳定,取得了经济效益和环保效益双盈。Introduced in Anyang steel through optimization of coal supply channels, establish effective operation mechanism of production, will open coal storage yard cancel into plant coking coal all 15 storage with a coal storage tank, the successful implementation of stable production under low inventory, and achieved economic and environmental benefits of double surplus.
