摘  要:目的了解上海浦东新区诺如病毒相关病毒性腹泻的流行病学特点。方法收集2011年7月至2014年7月间14家哨点医院肠道门诊腹泻病例的粪便样本,应用real-time RT-PCR法分别检测诺如病毒的GI和GII两个亚型,并对其流行特征进行分析。结果在6 392份样本中,GⅠ型共检出70例,检出率1.10%,呈低位流行、全年散发状态,无明显的季节分布;GⅡ型共检出962例,检出率15.05%,显著高于GⅠ型,存在明显的季节分布,每年的10月是感染的最高月份,3~4月是另一个感染的小高峰。GⅠ和GⅡ型双重感染共21例,检出率0.33%,多见于中年人群。人口密集的沿江片区,诺如病毒的检出率显著高于人口稀疏的沿海片区。结论秋季要密切监测人口密集地区诺如病毒的感染情况,防止诺如病毒感染而造成的聚集性事件。Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of viral diarrhea caused by norovirus in Pudong New District of Shanghai,China. Methods Stool specimens in 14 surveillance hospitals from July2011 to July 2014 were collected and detected by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RTPCR)for norovirus subtype GⅠ and GⅡ.Comprehensive epidemiological features of the norovirus infections were analyzed. Results A total of 6 392 specimens were detected;of which,70 cases were type GⅠ,962 cases were type GⅡ while 21 were co-infections.The detection rate of type GⅠ,GⅡ and co-infection were1.10%,15.05% and 0.33%,respectively.The epidemic level of type GⅠ was low throughout the surveillance period,and no seasonal peak of type GⅠ infection could be distinguished.Type GⅡ was significantly higher than type GⅠ.There was a significant prevalent peak in each October and another small peak was from March to April.People who lived in crowded environment were easier to infect with norovirus according based on the data of geographical distribution. Conclusions To prevent the outbreak of public health event caused by norovirus,surveillance should be enhanced,especially in autumn in densely populated areas.
