摘　　要：负向网络舆情是美国价值观外交政策推行方式在人类数字文明时代发生的技术革命,但也开始反噬美欧等国。尽管世界各国开始强力管理,但负向网络舆情还在不断发展,成为摧毁人类数字文明的核心抓手。究其原因,是因为网络舆情概念的观察视野具有形而上学特征。负向网络舆情只是网络传播中的一类现象,网络负生态才是隐蔽于其后的网络传播物理实体形态;这两者之间具有个体与系统、现象与实体、结果与原因、偶然性与必然性、可能性与现实性的特征,遵循对立统一、质量互变、否定之否定等规律。网络负生态是人类数字文明建设和保护的战略制高点,网络负生态科学存在原型结构构建是战略制高点的学术前沿,负向网络舆情表现形式数据库构建是研究起点。提出网络负生态科学存在原型结构构建探索的16个研究方向。Negative internet public opinions are a technological revolution of the digital era, ini- tially created by foreign policies driven by an American value system, which have come to have a det- rimental effect on the Western countries themselves. Despite the efforts to control them, negative in- ternet public opinions have continued to grow and become the central threat to humanity＇ s digital civi- lization. This is caused by the metaphorical properties of the perspective behind negative internet opin- ions. The negative opinions exist as but one type of phenomena arising from internet communications, while the negative internet ecosystems are actual tangible forms of internet communications that em- power them. The relationship between negative opinions and ecosystems is one between the singular cases and the system, phenomena and essence, consequences and causes, the accidental and the inevi- table, and the potential and the real, and is governed by the laws of unity of opposites, transforma- tion between qualitative and quantitative changes, and the negation of the negation. The negative in- ternet ecosystems are of major strategic value to our creation and protection of humanity＇ s digital civi- lization. By constructing a prototype structure of scientific being （PSSB） for negative internet ecosys- tems, and by developing a database for the forms of negative internet public opinions, a foundation can be laid for their research. This article has proposed the 16 future directions for the exploration of a PSSB for negative internet ecosystems.
