摘 要:【目的】对伊犁马12 km测试赛前后血p H、血气变化等指标的影响进行研究,分析伊犁马在12 km测试赛前后血p H、血气等指标变化规律,为伊犁马训练提供参考。【方法】分别于12 km测试赛赛前、赛后即刻、赛后20 min、赛后1 h检测伊犁马静脉血血气指标,并对各时间点测试指标进行方差分析。【结果】赛后即刻Pv CO2、BE、HCO3-、TCO2、Ca2+极显著低于赛前水平(P<0.01),p H水平显著低于赛前水平(P<0.05);Pv O2、Sv O2、Hct、Glu值在赛后即刻极显著高于赛前水平(P<0.01);K+在赛后即刻与赛前不显著(P>0.05),但赛后1 h显著低于赛后即刻(P<0.05);经1 h休息后,除Ca2+显著低于赛前水平(P<0.05),其余各指标均基本恢复至赛前水平(P>0.05)。【结论】马匹在12 km测试赛后会造成体内乳酸堆积,呼吸加快、氧气供应不足的现象;剩余碱降至负值,马匹有轻微的酸中毒现象;静脉血中BE、TCO2、HCO3-对酸碱平衡均有一定的调节作用;K+和Ca2+在运动后存在少量流失。【Objective】To research the changes of the Yili horses' blood p H and blood gas,to conduct comparison before and after the 12 km race,and then the change rules of the horse blood p H and the blood gas were analyzed.【Method】Yili horse venous blood gas index was detected four times,which were respectively before 12 km race test and immediately after the race,20 mins after the test and 1 h after the test,meanwhile,the test index of each time went through variance analysis. 【Result】The results showed that the contents of Pv CO2、BE、HCO3-、TCO2、Ca2 +immediately after the race were significantly lower than those before the race( P 0. 05),so was p H level. Pv O2,Sv O2,Hct,Glu immediately after the race were significantly higher thanthose before the race( P 0. 01). K+after the game was not significantly lower than that before the race( P 0. 05); After 1h rest,except that the level of Ca2 +was obviously lower( P 0. 05),the rest indexes were relapsed to levels before the race( P 0. 05). 【Conclusion】After 12 km race,the phenomena of lactice acid accumulation and rapid breathing appeared in the body,and so did the lack of oxygen supply. The BE decreased to negative value; Slight poisonous phenomenon appeared,and BE,TCO2,HCO3-of venous blood played a role in keeping the balance of p H value. A little amount of K+and Ca^2 +was lost after the exercise.
