摘  要:【目的】调查研究额尔齐斯河鱼类寄生双身虫的种类及感染情况。【方法】于2009年4月至2013年4月按照鱼类寄生虫调查方法,剖检鱼样标本3 000余尾,采集并鉴定双身虫,统计数据,分析感染率,感染强度等。【结果】共发现并鉴定双身虫三种,分别为:奇异双身虫(Diplozoon paradoxum Nordmann,1832)、斯氏拟双身虫(Paradiplozoon skrjabini(Achmerov,1974))及日本真双身虫(Eudiplozoon nipponicum(Goto,1891)Khotenovsky,1985),其在各自宿主上感染率及平均感染强度为:东方欧鳊(Abramis brama orientalis Berg,1949),28.69%、5.46;贝加尔雅罗鱼(Leuciscus leuciscus baicalensis(Dybowski)),1874),1.73%、2.33;鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus,1758),4.78%、1.6。【结论】共检查到三种双身虫,均寄生于鲤科鱼类鳃部,东方欧鳊感染奇异双身虫的情况最严重,宿主鱼类体长分段后,发现体长段适中的鱼类及较大的鱼更易感染双身虫。【Objective】To investigate and research the Diplozoinae spp. species and infection in Irtysh River,China.【Method】From April 2009 to April 2013,by the routine methods of fish parasites investigation and research,we anatomized more than 3 000 fish samples,collected and identified Diplozoinae spp. and counted the data,analyzed the infection rate and intensity,etc.【Result】The results showed that the 3 species of parasites were: Diplozoon paradoxum Nordmann,1832,Paradiplozoon skrjabini Achmerov,1974 and Eudiplozoon nipponicum Goto,1891,Khotenovsky 1985,and their respective infection rate and average intensity of infection in different host were: Abramis brama orientalis Berg,1949,28. 69%,5. 46; Leuciscus leuciscus baicalensis Dybowski,1874,1. 73%,2. 33; Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus,1758,4. 78%,1. 6.【Conclusion】It was found that there were three species of Diplozoinae spp.,which all parasitized in the cyprinidae fish gills,the infection condition of Diplozoon paradoxum was the most serious. After host fish's length was segmented,it was found that moderate length and larger fishes were more likely to be infected with Diplozoinae spp.
